PPO Networks

Quick Reference By County

PPO's offer insureds great discounts for medical services. These organizations have contracts with health care providers, limiting what providers can charge members of the PPO.

If you have a specific doctor or health care provider, make sure they are part of the PPO network when changing insurance companies. This will insure you receive the lowest prices for your health care expenses.

Most insurance companies increase the maximum out-of-pocket expenses for services received out of the PPO network. Providers may change or drop out of a network at any time.  Always ask your provider before receiving services to make sure they are in your PPO network. You can always call the phone number on the back of your insurance card to be safe.
